Made in Italy from food-grade polyethylene, stackable, and sized in 30 x 40cm and 60 x 40cm (Euronorm) to suit commercial racking, trolleys, fridges and cold rooms.

The solid dough boxes and lids hold humidity in for proofing and cold fermentation of pizza dough, focaccia and bakery dough. The perforated pasta drying trays are vented through the base and all four walls for even drying of fresh pasta, gnocchi and filled pasta. Lids in each size fit both the dough boxes and the pasta drying trays.
