Who Qualifies for a Trade Account?
Trade accounts are available to genuine businesses and organisations operating in a professional capacity, including:
- Cookshops and kitchenware retailers (bricks-and-mortar and independent online stores)
- Department stores
- Hospitality groups and restaurant chains
- Professional single-site restaurants with significant purchasing requirements
- Cook schools, training centres and educational establishments
- Catering businesses and food production operations
- Approved resellers operating via their own website or physical premises
Applicants must be a registered business (Ltd company, LLP, sole trader, partnership or recognised organisation). We may request supporting documentation during the approval process.
VAT registration is preferred where applicable, however schools, colleges and certain organisations may not hold a VAT number. Applications from these organisations will be assessed individually.
Minimum Orders & Purchasing Expectations
Some products may have minimum order requirements. Where applicable, this will be stated on the product page or can be confirmed by contacting our team.
We work with customers who:

- Place larger volume orders
- Have a clear ongoing commercial requirement
We are generally unable to approve accounts intended for single-unit or one-off purchases where there is no ongoing trade requirement.

This website is not intended for private individuals or businesses purchasing solely for their own use without an ongoing commercial requirement.
For example, a hotel, holiday home, lodge or individual restaurant seeking to purchase a single machine for internal use would typically be better suited to purchasing via one of our consumer websites.
However, professional kitchens, restaurant groups or establishments with significant purchasing needs may qualify. Each application is assessed on its commercial merits.
Resale & Marketplace Policy
We support approved retailers and resellers who:

To protect our brands and existing trade partners, we strictly prohibit the resale of our products via UK third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to:

- eBay UK
- Other UK-based online marketplaces
Marketplace selling in other territories may be considered only with prior written approval.
Unauthorised resale via third-party marketplaces may result in immediate suspension or termination of your trade account.
Brand Protection & Representation
Falcon Products Ltd represents and distributes leading brands within the UK and internationally. Approved trade customers must:
- Accurately represent product specifications and branding
- Not alter, remove or modify branding or packaging
- Not misrepresent the origin, quality or positioning of products
- Not use brand assets, imagery or trademarks in a misleading or unauthorised manner
We reserve the right to take action where brand integrity is compromised.
Please note: Certain brand restrictions apply in specific territories. For example, Marcato products may not be sold into the USA.
Geographical Supply
We predominantly supply customers within the UK, however we also export internationally where permitted.
Some brands or product ranges may carry territory-specific restrictions. It is the responsibility of the trade customer to comply with all applicable territorial limitations.
Account Approval & Discretion
All trade account applications are subject to review.
Falcon Products Ltd reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline any application at our discretion
- Request additional information before approval
- Apply specific conditions to certain accounts
- Suspend or terminate accounts where policies are breached
