Marcato Atlas 150 Capellini Attachment
Capellini (meaning 'little hairs' in Italian) is a type of pasta with a square diameter of 1 mm. This type of pasta has been popular in Italy since the 14th century and is enjoyed for its delicate and light texture. Capellini perfectly pairs with light sauces containing seafood or vegetables due to its delicate consistency. The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is position 8 or 9 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
You can use the attachment by hand, with the handle, or with the Pastadrive motor (sold separately).

Use & Care
Accessories can be easily attached to Atlas 150 and can be used with the Pastadrive motor* to make your work faster.
(*For safety reasons the motor cannot be use for mafaldine, pappardelle and reginette shapes).
Important:
1. Do not use in the dishwasher
2. Do not clean with metal objects
3. Clean with a toothpick or a small brush
