Marcato Atlas 150 Bigoli Attachment
The Bigoli attachment produces long, thick pasta resembling spaghetti but with an obvious roughness.
Bigoli is traditionally made from buckwheat flour, but in more recent years it is typically made from whole wheat flour. As a result of it's roughness, it is usually enjoyed with either a thick/ meat sauce, with one of the most popular being a duck ragu.
Bigoli is a type of pasta with a circular diameter of approx. 3.5 mm. The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is position 2 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
You can use it by hand, with the handle, or with the Pastadrive motor (sold separately).
Atlas 150 Accessories are made with chrome-plated steel and anodised aluminium alloy rollers. As a result, no metals are released onto the pasta, providing you with a product that is 100% healthy and wholesome.
