With the Berkel Serrated Blade Kit for Home Line PLUS models, you can slice different types of products safely in a few simple steps. Thanks to the new kit, you can switch from a smooth blade to a serrated blade in no time at all, facilitating thorough cleaning of the blade and the back of the blade
The serrated blade allows very thin slices without spoiling the quality of the product. Ideal for cutting the toughest products, such as: cured cold cuts, different types of bread with a crispy crust, certain types of fruit with harder skin and thinner skin, such as tomatoes.
Not compatible with Home Line.
The kit consists of:
“Made in Italy” hardened steel blade with reverse serration for a gentler cut.
Blade extractor, which lets you remove the slicer blade safely and then store it inside the packaging.
