Flexible Non-Stick Silicone Coated Fiberglass Solid/Mesh Baking Mats – suitable for the commercial baker and confectioner. It is an ideal material to bake raw frozen dough. A must for any pastry chef when working with sticky materials such as sugar, great for cookies, pastries, bagels and other morning goods. Silicone Baking mats give even heat distribution which dissipates rapidly to avoid burning and gives a crispier bake with no "soggy" bottom.
Temperature range: -40°C to 250°C.
