Silicone Roll Out Mats


A non-slip silicone coated work surface which is suitable for rolling out pastry, marzipan, and sugar paste.
It is also suitable for chocolate work and kneading dough.
The mat comes printed with handy conversion charts, circle guides and metric/imperial rulers; all of which help to take the guesswork out of baking and cooking.


  • Compact - 418mm x 390mm (16" x 15")
  • Standard - 610mm x 420mm (24" x 16")
  • XL - 760mm x 610mm (approx. 30" x 24")


    • Clean your silicone mat with a damp, soft sponge then rinse with clean water.
    • Shake to remove excess water and dry in open air.
    • A mild detergent or soap may be used if needed.
    • Note: a slight oily residue after washing is normal, as is slight discoloration.
    • Strongly flavored foods may leave a trace/scent on the silicone mat.
    • Once clean and dry, store the silicone mat rolled or flat.


    • Do not use scrapers or brushes to clean the silicone mat.
    • Never cut on the silicone mat.
    • Do not fold the silicone mat.
    • Do not grease the silicone mat. It doesn't need it.
    • Avoid using dishwashers, as they may cause harm to the silicone mat.
    • Working temperature -40°C to 250°C
